Our Agile consultants have been at the forefront of Scrum since 2002. We are actively involved in Scrum internationally, and have provided the South Island's only Scrum Master certification training for four years running.

Agile can office considerable business benefits. However, if implemented poorly it can be disastrous. It requires a paradigm shift & serious commitment from key business stakeholders. Agile adoption is best achieved via coaching from experienced, capable practitioners with "direct coal-face" experience to help manage the organisational change associated with Scrum adoption.
We have a tried and tested Agile Project Coaching Model that produces real results. Our Agile Coaching extends to all the Project Stakeholders including Project Teams, Management and the Executive.
Enterprise Agile Adoption
We work with organizations to help them understand and evaluate the risk and impact of Agile Adoption. Our Enterprise Agility Consulting Model includes Context Analysis, Readiness Assessments, and Advisory Support for Strategic Planning on Change Management accompanied with Business Process Re-engineering support.
Our Scrum Masters all have backgrounds in traditional project management (PMBOK/Prince2) and will apply a pragmatic, customised Agile adoption strategy.
