Training

Clarus' Training Competency is designed to up-skill client staff with a range of project best-practises, direct from the commercial coal-face. Our objective is to take Clarus intellectual property obtained from decades of consulting and transition the most relevant aspects over to your staff as effectively and concisely as we possibly can.
This is not class-room only training. It is outcomes focused, hands-on, learning, specifically designed so that participants can apply the material to job as part of the course. We encourage participants to bring real-life business problems to enable us precisely focused the course on adding immediate value to your business.
We restrict course sizes to a maximum of 8 attendees. We believe anything greater than this impairs our ability to deliver the above objectives. Minimum class size is 2 people.

We also offer the option of a Clarus consultant assisting course attendees directly apply the course material to their role. We achieve this via tailored, hands-on mentoring and coaching with attendees when they return to their daily work. This offers significant advantages over traditional classroom style learning and bridges the gap between theory and tangible application
