Effective user stories are the cornerstone of successful agile projects.In this intensive half-day course, you will explore what a user story is, learn how to write effective user stories, and experience how to manage your requirements in an agile fashion.

The course is an interactive, hands-on workshop that utilizes a combination of presentation, discussion, and hands-on exercises to both explain and demonstrate the core aspects of working with user stories.

Audience: Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and Testers - in short, anyone who works or will be working with requirements on agile projects.

Prior knowledge of Scrum and Agile methods is required. You should have attended the Certified ScrumMaster class and/or have actively worked on a Scrum team and have a good understanding of the basics.  At a minimum attendees should read the Scrum Primer.
